BLUE PEACOCK
This was the result of a number of attempts to splash a peacock with just the head remaining in detail. It was an expressive dream! Really letting go and just capturing rather than painting. Letting the colours and feathered details land where they liked. Capturing the explosive tail feathers as they dramatically enhanced the peacock's ego! I stuck to a blue colour palette for instant recognition so we feel settled with merging abstraction with reality.
